Dresden premiere of "Fritzi and Sophie"
On sunday, September 15, the premiere of our TV series "Fritzi and Sophie - A borderless friedship" will take place at Programmkino Ost (Schandauer Str. 73, 01277 Dresden) in the presence of the production team.
Our premiere is open to the public and we are delighted to be able to show what is probably the most profound event in recent German history to a young and adult audience.
Based on the animated film “Fritzi - A revolutionary Tale”, the animated series tells the moving story of twelve-year-old Fritzi during the Peaceful Revolution in Leipzig in the fall of 1989 and that of her best friend Sophie, who dares to flee to the West via Hungary with her mother.
In two film blocks of 90 minutes, we show all eight episodes of 22 minutes each. The premiere starts at 2 pm and the second film block starts at around 4:30 pm. Tickets can be purchased either for the entire event or just for one block. The FSK 6 applies.
During the break, we will be giving you a little insight into the making of our series. We look forward to a great afternoon!
