Over the past weeks, we have been shooting the 30-minute animadoc film “Homeland” by Dresden artist and director Anita Müller. We were out and about in Dresden and the surrounding region with our actress Cordula Hanns for the live-action part of the film. Cordula also acted as Antonia's mother and various other roles for the rotoscoping. Matthias Wagner also appeared in front of the camera as father Hans and the children Laura and Margarita for the child character Antonia.
The bicycle played a central role in our production. Partly as the “protagonist”, but also as a means of transportation for the team, technology and catering.
